Mr Safran

Near the Alsace wine route, about twenty kilometers from Strasbourg, is the charming town of Molsheim. It is in the heart of the city, not far from the ramparts that the safranière is located.

The flowers are harvested during October manually and pruned one by one to recover the stigmas.
A wide range of 100% artisanal saffron-based products are to be discovered: saffron pepper chutney, saffron nut oil, saffron syrup, saffron acacia honey, etc.
