The new edition of the gastronomic walk is organized on the course of the Symposium of Sculpture in Oberhaslach.
Departure every 15 minutes: first departure at 10:00 am, last departure at 12:30 pm.
Walk the 7km loop to discover the Sandweg and its contemporary sculptures.
The route includes 5 gastronomic stages, the last one at the finish line, where you will find yourself in a bucolic setting by the river.
A glass of wine selected by our winemakers will accompany each stage.
Possibility to buy bottles of wine during the final stage.
This year, the main course is prepared by the chef of the restaurant "Lotel" in Oberhaslach
Menu:
Stage 1: Pretzel and Crémant
Stage 2: Melon and ham skewers with Pinot Gris
Stage 3 : Grilled bacon and Pinot noir
Stage 4 : Alsatian hole (scoop of lemon ice cream) and Marc de Gewurtzraminer
Stage 5:
Crispy poultry, sautéed rice with vegetables and a bibeleskaes with herbs
Trio of cheeses
Strawberry eclair - chocolate fond - toasted flaked almonds
