The accommodation is in a detached house with independent entrance located in the owners' courtyard. It comprises on the first floor a living room of around 20m² with kitchen opening onto the dining room and a lounge with sofa bed for 2 (TV and unlimited wifi internet) as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster). In the laundry room, there's a washing machine, a tower dryer, cleaning equipment, a vacuum cleaner and an additional small fridge.

On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 bed (160) and a second bedroom with 3 single beds (new, comfortable bedding), matched with armchairs and a desk. A cot is available.

Private parking in front of the gîte. There is also a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture.

Included in the price: water, electricity, heating (electric), bed linen, towels and household linen, essentials. Do-it-yourself or optional cleaning. Minimum 2-night rental.

Pastures, orchards and forests within walking distance of the gîte. Numerous tourist sites and Christmas markets easily accessible by car (expressway 5 minutes away, then freeway 12 minutes). Bakery, mini-market and pharmacy in the village. Restaurants nearby. Other shops 11 km away.
