On approx. 115 m2, single-storey, detached house with large living room, dining room (seats up to 20), open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower room (Italian-style showers). Bedroom 1: one double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3: two single beds that can be moved closer together. An extra single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms. A folding crib is available. Beds are ready on arrival. Underfloor heating. Accessible to people with reduced mobility: bedroom 1 has PRM access, and an armchair can be installed in the walk-in shower on request. Private parking in front of the property. Large terrace and garden access from bedrooms and kitchen. Magnificent panoramic view!
