Mature cheeses, Alsatian charcuterie, free-range poultry, local spices, flours from our partner flour mill, artisanal sauerkraut, breads from our baker, seasonal fruit and vegetables: each ingredient is carefully selected to guarantee freshness, quality and authenticity.
