Discover Dorlisheim Castle through two exhibitions:
Scale-model steam engines:
In the cellar of Dorlisheim Castle, you’ll find steam engines... relics of an industrial revolution from a bygone era.
Steam enabled industries to operate at a faster pace and with greater efficiency. It revolutionized transportation, particularly with the invention of the steam train and the steamboat.
Patrick Grandjean offers a dynamic presentation centered on these steam engines.... in miniature, of course!
Children can take part in a highly educational quiz.
Don’t hesitate to come and immerse yourself in the dawn of this era of technological and economic progress that has shaped our modern world.
Libre et l’Art – Metal Sculptures in the Château Park:
Christophe Welschinger will exhibit his metal sculptures in the Château’s beautiful park.
Chris Art talks about his art, his passion, his works, his inspirations—here’s what he has to say:
. “They speak to me,”
. “They move me,”
. “They charm me,”
. “They bring back the gentleness I need....”
