Fortwenger -Chocolaterie

Specializing in traditional hand-painted hollow chocolate subject moldings, the Alsatian production site built in 1980, formerly Chocolaterie-Confiserie Mosser founded in 1960, then Chocolaterie Cémoi, produces some 500 tons of goods a year.

In the summer of 2023, the site is acquired by Fortwenger, under the new name Fortwenger Chocolaterie.

Fortwenger is Alsace's oldest gingerbread brand, born in 1768 in Gertwiller. In 2018, the company became France's leading gingerbread producer
