Christmas-themed cooking class with our partner chef, Florian Duc. Come and cook a complete and refined menu, using seasonal products, precise techniques and original pairings. Workshop open to all, in a friendly, gourmet atmosphere. Course menu : Starter - Roasted langoustines with lemon butter pumpkin velouté with cardamom, roasted chestnut nuggets. Main course - Roast venison fillet, celery purée with vanilla apple anna, cranberry jus Dessert - Chocolate and Morello cherry log, Swiss meringue decor Registration required. Price: €65 per person, of which €26 financed by Schmidt and €39 charged to the customer Exceptional offer! Specifications, merchandise and tasting included.
