Laughter Yoga

Yoga of laughter can't be explained, it has to be experienced.
Give yourself a joyful interlude and come and discover a session at the introductory rate of €5. Accessible to everyone aged 12 and over, this practice invites you to release tension, regain energy and cultivate simple, communicative joy.

Born in 1995 thanks to an Indian doctor and his wife, laughter yoga is based on playful exercises accessible to all, combining laughter for no reason with yogic breathing. The body doesn't distinguish between spontaneous and provoked laughter: in both cases, it receives the full benefits.

Today, laughter yoga is practiced all over the world, with thousands of clubs in over 120 countries. In France, it is promoted by the Institut Français du Yoga du Rire, with direct links to its founder.

Come and experience, breathe, laugh, and leave lighter. One session is often enough to understand.

Every Thursday, except during school vacations, at the Château des Rohan in Mutzig at 5pm. Registration by session, quarter or year.
