In a small, friendly group, come and identify seasonal plants in the field and harvest them. The outing will be followed by a workshop in which you'll recognize selected plants and learn about their phytotherapeutic uses. Finally, you'll make your own preparations from these plants, and we'll explore their applications for home use. You'll be accompanied by two passionate herbalists with botanical training. Please bring a basket and weather-appropriate clothing. You'll leave with a booklet summarizing the workshop and your own preparations. Meeting point to be confirmed on registration.
