Come and identify, harvest and cook wild plants in a small, friendly group. We offer one workshop per season, so you can learn about different plants each time. Accompanied by two passionate herbalists, you'll leave with a tasting and a workshop summary booklet. Bring small baskets, a camera, a small notebook and a small container (if there are leftovers to share), and we'll give you a "summer" file with a variety of easy-to-make recipes.
