Description
A 4-hour-and-50-minute (18.5 km) walking trail starting at the Dachstein train station. These boundary stones date from the 16th and 18th centuries and still bear inscriptions, dates, symbols such as the bishop’s crozier, and even coats of arms. Some of them were damaged during the Revolution. This route has two variations: one takes you to the burial mound, and the other allows you to visit the village. You can also start from the Benedictine Abbey Church of Saint Cyriacus in Altorf or from the Molsheim train station to take this hike.
