Led by Béatrice Iltiss, the vocal ensemble Sur Mesures is an Alsatian women’s choir based in Schiltigheim, part of the association Les Ateliers des Malteries.
In *Plumes*, the voices intertwine and respond to one another through a repertoire rich in color and nuance: ranging from gentleness to energy, from contemplation to movement—much like the poet’s words on paper, or the flight of a bird or an angel.
The choir explores the worlds of composers past and present, such as Kim André Arnesen, Reynaldo Hahn, and Vivaldi, whose works transport us through the subtlety of their vocal harmonies and the beauty of their combined voices.
For a moment, Sur Mesures invites you to let yourself be carried away by the words, to savor their nuances, and to share a moment of emotion.
The choir is accompanied by Carine Augé on the harp and Fàbio Godoï on the piano.
