Restaurant Bluëma

Located in the heart of the historic town center of Mutzig on the Alsace Wine Route, this restaurant charms visitors with its blend of contemporary atmosphere and Alsatian charm. The restaurant is just a stone's throw from the medieval tower and its charming Saint-Maurice church. There's a tour of the old town to discover all the narrow streets in the former brewery town.

The Blüema restaurant has 2 dining rooms with 40 to 60 seats, offering not only Alsatian specialties and local bistro cuisine, but also à la carte dishes. Reservations recommended. In summer, it's pleasant to enjoy the terrace, which can seat 40, and 20 in the garden.

The restaurant is part of the l'Ours de Mutzig*** hotel, which has a seminar or meeting room for up to 60 people. It includes all the equipment needed for a successful seminar: screen, paper-board, projector.
