During the asparagus season in April, the Maurer Farm organizes guided tours of the asparagus grove followed by a meal around the asparagus.
Unfolding of a visit for a minimum of 20 people:
Arrival at the end of the morning for a commented visit of the asparagus plantation to discover how an asparagus grows and is harvested (harvested by hand)
Visit of the washing and packaging workshop
Tasting of the gourmet menu (aperitif, asparagus velouté as much as you like, asparagus with 3 hams and sauces, smoked salmon trout as much as you like, dessert and coffee)
Visit of the store of 750m² with local products
