Marche Gourmande by the Young Farmers of the Molsheim canton

Les Jeunes Agriculteurs de Molsheim invite you to Dorlisheim for a convivial day of walking and gastronomy.
Start from the parking lot towards chemin du Knistelberg in Dorlisheim, then simply follow the signposts.

On the program: a 7 km route punctuated by 7 gourmet stages, where you can enjoy:
- Stage 1 - Aperitif: savory kougelhopf accompanied by Crémant
- Stage 2 - Entrée: Alsatian salad accompanied by Sylvaner
- Stage 3 - Trou Normand
- Stage 4 - Main course: chicken steak and chicken skewer with salad buffet, accompanied by Pinot Gris and Riesling
- Stage 5 - Cheese: assortment of 3 Alsatian cheeses accompanied by Pinot Noir
- Stage 6 - Dessert: chocolate brownie with bibeleskaes accompanied by Gewurztraminer
- Stage 7 - Coffee Departures will be every 15 minutes from 10:45am to 1:30pm.
To extend the party, DJ Alex Pfiff entertains from 6pm, with tartes flambées from 5pm. Free admission for the evening.

The gourmet walk will take place whatever the weather. Registrations will not be refunded. Registration closes on June 14. It is also possible to come just for the meal, subject to availability.
