During the asparagus season, from mid-April to mid-June, Ferme Maurer organizes guided tours of the asparagus grove, followed by a meal featuring asparagus.
Tours are available for a minimum of 20 people:
Arrive late morning for a guided tour of the asparagus plantation, either before or after lunch, to discover the washing and packaging workshop.
Tasting of the gourmet menu (aperitif, all-you-can-eat asparagus velouté, asparagus with 3 hams and sauces, all-you-can-eat smoked salmon trout, dessert and coffee).
