Aude à la Nature gives you the knowledge to become more autonomous in your daily life. During this DIY workshop, you will learn how to make a detergent with ash, a detergent with ivy, a household cleaner, and how to use soapwort. You will leave with the recipes and a jar of detergent. The recipes passed on are tried and tested: they are the ones I have been using for several years in my daily life and in my own process of autonomy. The workshop will continue with the opening of a temporary shop.
