Near Strasbourg, set in the Alsatian vineyard, the " Domaine de la Schleif " is an unforgettable encounter with regional tradition. A major item on the itinerary of your tour of the " Domaine " : the air-conditioned force-feeding room. This is the hub of a controlled ecosystem which guarantees optimal living conditions for our animals.

Accompanied by Lucien Doriath, you will visit the estate, the room where the ducks are fattened. They are introduced into the art of presenting and transiting a duck.
