Sauerkraut Factory - LE PIC

From production to transformation... In the Muller family, cabbage cultivation and choucroute (sauerkraut) production have been a tradition over 5 generations. The family has come a long way since its ancestors naturally fermented their cabbages in 5 tanks behind their house! Today, 5,000 tonnes of choucroute are processed each year on 2 sites covering over 4,000 m² in total, then shipped throughout France, Europe and even to the USA. The company builds on 5 modern production lines and strong partnerships with transporters to guarantee reactivity and flexibility in packaging and high quality! In the shop, you will be able to taste the product
