The brewery will be open for guided tours featuring explanations of the history of beer in Mutzig and the brewing process. The brewhouses will be open to visitors, and the tour concludes with guided tastings. Crafted on-site with the utmost care, Stamm beers are made with carefully selected ingredients and a commitment to showcasing the expertise of local hop growers. The focus is on Alsatian hops. Among the first recipes offered are a Pilsner, a Hefeweizen, and a French IPA. In addition to this permanent lineup, seasonal beers will be introduced: Christmas beer, spring beer, and others, depending on the brewer’s inspiration.
