"Let yourself be carried away by a day dedicated to nature and the pleasures of the senses. Discover the vineyards of Domaine Siebert in Wolxheim through a bucolic and gourmet experience. Your taste buds will be tantalized, your eyes delighted by the floral hues of the creative workshop, and your senses subtly stimulated throughout this three-stage tour. At each stage, a surprise awaits you, guiding you naturally to the next... An invitation to savor, feel and marvel. Program : - As you stroll through the vineyards: Estelle Balzer-Leveaux will tell you the story of the estate. Watch and listen! - Floral workshop: in the midst of the vines, you can express your originality and daring to create a floral arrangement. Touch and smell! - Country-style lunch: after the workshop, it's time for a 3-stage lunch featuring flowers, concocted by Lucas Raugel, Chef at Restaurant Auberge de la Bruche in Dachstein. Pairings will be made with Domaine Siebert wines. Enjoy! Conviviality, gentle living and suspended moments: let your hosts guide you on this unusual day! The menu is currently being prepared and will be unveiled shortly. Program: - 10:00 am: meet at Domaine Siebert - 10:15-30am: stroll through the vineyard - 10:30am-12:30pm: floral workshop - 12:30-14:30: country-style lunch - 2.45pm-3.00pm: return to the estate The "Vos Diners Insolites en Alsace" operation is organized in partnership with the Fédération des Chefs d'Alsace, the Association Etoiles d'Alsace and Alsace Destination Tourisme. - In the event of bad weather, the event will be held under cover.
